My son Rider completed the NHL Florida Panthers Learn to Play Ice Hockey Program in Summer 2023. He has played in a hockey recreation league ever since. He is a strong skater, however, his stickhandling skills leave something to be desired, so when I saw this new Learn to Play Ball Hockey Program being offered, I signed up Rider for the next available session. Learn to Play Ball Hockey is a 3-week program for beginner ball hockey players ages 5-14 to learn hockey fundamentals.
This is a great program for kids who are interested in hockey, but don’t yet know how to skate, as no additional equipment is required. It’s also great for kids like my son who needs to work on their stickhandling skills off the ice. We noticed an immediate improvement even after week one. As a parent, I highly recommend this program.
